First and foremost; the Bellingham Scottish Gathering is a celebration of Scotland’s culture.  Blaine’s ‘ By the Sea’ theme is the focus of special events planned for the festival.  The working harbors of Scotland are mirrored in the city’s active fishing and boating communities.
